The package isn't from Minnie, which is the first thing my husband said also. She just lives right next door so she probably wouldn't mail anything to Mickey, she would just walk it over. My husband DID remember who the top letter was from. There are also three letters on the table beside the package. You get bonus points if you can tell me who the letters are from.

Jay. Love the company idea. How about we make it an entire complex where we add several other buildings. Wouldn't a tower of terror be really cool and given the height of the building we could all have offices. Plus no workplace would be complete without our own lagoon.

WBMinnie: Since Donald and Goofy are also located nearby, they might not send packages or letters. How about Walt sending a package? Maybe he sent it a while ago? Or, how about Huey, Dewey and Louis. They visit Donald but don't necessarily live there?

I'll take a stab at the two open questions and guess that the package is from Daisy Duck (she and Mickey are a little closer than most people realize ).

And the location of the picture.....I'll guess Pleasure Island? Pardon me if I'm not seeing well, but I really don't see many visual clues in the picture as to the location.

I still maintain the picture was taken at the Rock n Roll Beach Club (that's my story and I'm sticking to it ).
