What about Mickeys in the preshow/museum at One Man's Dream? I don't remember how many are there, but I'll bet there's at least one.

How about the courtyard around "the hat" (I liked it better when it was just the GMR), I think there are several Disney character statues on the fences and such around the landscaping. There's bound to be a Mickey in there somewhere.

Sorry to ask a question and run like that! We have several correct answers, and some that I think are correct but need seconding by someone:

Correct answers:

Mickey on top of the spire in the front of the park (ADaddy)
Topiary Mickey close to the Brown Derby (ADaddy)
Wooden one at the end of the Animation Tour (MBabe)
Mickeys in the preshow/museum at One Man's Dream (ADaddy)
Muppetvision 3D (Pooh&Piglet)....this wasn't on my list, but it's a pretty creative answer and does match the question. Good enough for me!

Need confirmation:

"In the courtyard around the hat." I'm not aware of any, but if there are some someone needs to confirm.

"several other Mickeys in and around the Fantasmic theater"....I am not sure there are. I don't recall seeing any, and will need confirmation on this.

Does the Little Mermaid show have an alligator?

The mascot at Blizzard Beach is Ice Gator, a skiing Alligator.

There’s an Alligator Bayou section of POR.

From right here on the DIS I found that POFQ’s Doubloon Lagoon main pool features a dragon slide and alligator fountains.

Those are all good ones, but I wasn't going outside of the 4 theme parks on this one. The last 3, maybe 4, crocodiles/alligators I can think of are at MK, AK, DS or Epcot.

WDWtheplacetobe gets another one! There are crocs/gators in the cue area on Dinosaur.

I've gone through the other remaining answers I think are right and now believe that they are questionable. I know a crocodile appeared in the MSEP on the Fantasia float, but the MSEP isn't running at WDW anymore. I believe that Spectromagic (like MSEP) changes from time to time with different floats appearing at different times, so I'm not certain that a Fantasia float appears or has a crocodile. The last probable crocodile I had was in the waters around Tom Sawyer's Island. I've never been on Tom Sawyer's Island so I don't know first hand, but I thought I'd read on a previous edition of this thread that crocodiles do exist in the waters or on the shores of Tom Sawyer's Island. At any rate, I now believe the remaining crocodiles might not exist and have decided to close the question.
