Parking tax at offsite BWI lots

Does anyone know the tax rate for the offsite lots, like Fastpark or Econopark? I just assumed it would be whatever the state tax rate is, but my mom told me that the city of Philadelphia has a 20% parking tax. Anyone know this about Balitmore?

We use the Fastpark lots at BWI and I've never paid any attention but I KNOW it's nothing unusual or out of the ordinary. THAT I would've noticed. MD tax is 6%. Download & print a coupon online for a discount. The last time we used them in August one of the 2 lots was a $1 cheaper than the other one for some reason. They always used to both be the same rate so I don't know what that was about. I love them tho! Very prompt and a real bargain compared to what Dulles charges...
