Can anyone tell me if DVC members still have parking privileges (free) at the Theme Parks?
In the past we could park for free at the Theme parks and get Valet parking for free at our resort. (tip not included!)

We are splitting up our stay at WDW 7 days- on site resort, 3 days- off site and wondered if I could still park for free showing my DVC member card for the offsite days? (Using WDW buses while onsite). I haven't been able to get through to DVC to ask and can't find this info out on the website.

Thanks you for your help!

The Theme park parking privilege is for onsite guests only. Being a DVC member staying off site does not give you free theme park parking. You DO get free valet at DVC resorts only just by showing your blue membership card. Again, this is NOT for valet parking at places that do not have a DVC connected to them.

If you're an annual passholder, you also get free parking at the theme parks. But it's not a DVC perk.

if you have a DME card (the card for dinning you can buy if you have an AP) - then you can get free valet parking at all the resorts.

Pat, that would be a DDE card. DME is the Magical Express. I know....all those letters get confusing!

Resort valet services is complimentary to members this privilege will only be extended to one vehicle per membership card. Presenting a dining receipt at the Valet Stand upon retrieving your vehicle(s) is required.

Disney Dining Experience members will receive complimentary parking at all Walt Disney World® Resort Theme Parks after 5:00 p.m. daily by showing their membership card. Theme park admission is required for dining in all Theme Park restaurant locations. Blackout dates for the Disney Dining Experience are Mothers Day, Easter Sunday, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.

No free parking. I paid something crazy like $9 at EPCOT after we got of the cruise ship in April.

Well that's good to know - not the answer I was hoping for but at least I got it! I'll have to factor in parking at the parks for those 2 days. Someone said they paid $9.00 at Epcot, is this the amount at each theme park parking lot?

Thank you guys for your help!

Plus, parking at the resorts (ala valet parking) is supposed to only be to visit the resort and not for theme park parking.

I think parking is $11.00 now.
