As many as you need.
At OKW, in a 1-Bdrm at Thanksgiving, had three other families come over for dinner, got a parking pass for each car without problems.

I know you can have two for those in a 1BR because we have done that. Don't know about more but there has never been a stated limit although I assume they have the usual concept of reasonable limits, e.g., three might not be rejected for those in the room but if you start asking for a dozen eyebrows might be raised.

At BWV the time of your stay *may* be an issue. If you are asking for 4 passes during Food and Wine, then I would hope that someone would verify that all of those passes will be needed for those staying in the room. Parking at BWV during Food and Wine is really tough for those who stay there because there are always people who are not guests who try to park and then go to Epcot.

Thanks for the responses. I need 2 parking passes but wasn't sure if there was a 1 pass limit. Are these passes free?
