Parking Pass Question And FYI

We are planning a day at Sea World before our DC day, and then a day at Aquatica and then another at SW. When I called to purchase the discount parking pass through the DC package, I was unable to do so on the phone because a travel agent booked DC for me. I spoke to 2 different reps with the same response. They have no way to add a 2-park parking pass onto my DC package on the phone. What I can do is go to DC first, pay for it, and then go to SW before our DC day. That's quite a bummer to have to do that. I am hoping our 4:10 arrival into MCO isn't late so I can make it to DC that afternoon right before closing instead of having to get there at 7:30 am on our Sea World day. Has anyone gone to DC a day(s) early to get the parking pass and did it work okay?
