Parking - Hoop Dee Doo & Sebastians (CBR)

Can we park on property if we have ADR for Hoop Dee Doo and Sebastian's?
We will be staying at USO (don't ask me why. My heart is broken. lol), but I really want to do Hoop Dee Doo and go back to Sebastian's - they were super pleasantly surprised when we visited them in May!
(AND I can't justify going to Orlando and skipping Disney.)

Yes, for Hoop Dee Doo you will park in the FW parking lot and take a bus back to Pioneer Hall. At CBR the guard will ask for your name and reservation time. Without a reservation they are strict about letting people in due to Skyliner access.

When we went to CBR, we did not have an ADR and all the guard wanted was to verify that we were currently staying at a WDW resort and then asked to scan our MB.
No "real" time limit

Yes, it is free. Generally, it is a 3 hour parking limit for dining reservations. I don't think they will be as strict at FW as at CBR due to the Skyliner. I would not advise parking there, eating, then taking the Skyliner to a park. Others on the board have reported cars being towed. Who knows?
