parking for visitors?

Does anyone know if Disney resorts allow people other than registered guests to park in their lots? We are staying at POFQ in a few weeks. We have one park-free day scheduled. My uncle who lives in FL is driving over to POFQ to visit with us on the park-free day (probably Sunday). He will not be staying with us. Is he allowed to park at our resort or will he have to go to DD to park? Or is there other parking for him elsewhere? We will not have a car with us. So we can't really meet him elsewhere in Orlando. We could meet him at DD but I would rather have him meet us at the resort. Anyone on the DIS had this dilemma?

Thanks!

They will allow your uncle to park there; just have him tell the guard at the gate that he is visiting you and it will be no problem. :)

You can go into any resort. Just tell them you are going to eat in a resturant. Since 9-11 they will ask for ID but thats it.
