Hello! My husband and I will be staying at Pop for our upcoming trip, and on Sunday my cousin (staying off property with family nearby) will be joining us in the parks for 1 day (he has a 1 day park hopper, no magic band). Will he be allowed to park his car at Pop to meet up with us and leave it there while we go to the parks? We do plan on having breakfast together, so should he just tell the security guard that he's there to have breakfast with us? Thanks!!

Non resort guests are only allowed to park for around 3 hours. You, as a guest, are allowed free parking. If you do not have a car, you can obtain a parking pass using their car's information. They could then park for the full day. (I'm pretty sure this is "legal".) If you have a car, then you should check with the front desk when you check in.

Since he'd be avoiding the parking fee by doing so, I'll say no.

In reality I don't know how hardcore they are about Pops lot.

He'll be fine. You can get him a second parking pass if you already have one - ask at the front desk. When he gets to the gate guard, he'll give your names and your room number and he'll be allowed in. Not a problem at all.

Resort parking is supposed to be for resort guests and those visiting the resort like pp said for a 3 hour limit. So no, technically they aren't allowed to park there and go to the parks. I'm not sure they are going to be crazy about enforcing this at Pop, but it's not something that is supposed to be done.

Actually the PP is correct that you can give them your parking pass if you don't have a car. But as you stated, if they are just cominging for the day, technically you are supposed to only park to eat there with a three hour limit. Values do not have valet parking that you could pay for the day.
