No, there is a guest drop off area that most taxis know how to get to. If they don't make sure they ask at the gate.

Yup. AP passes are the best. Own a Marriott timeshare, stay in a luxurious 2-3 bedroom apartment for a couple weeks, take your own car down, rent a scooter for grandpa, and the World is yours.

Only 8 days left in my vacation. I'm so bummed!

Belonging to the DVC and staying in one of the resorts also gets you free parking like any guest staying at a Disney resort on property.

when you park at great amercia it's 10.00 now!!!!!!!!!!!!! , I have a little problem comparing every thing to disney so my family knows what a good deal a disney vacation is.... sneaky huh?????

I believe six flags in NJ is same rate $9.00
personally, I think parking should be free and just build it into the price of the ticket. Seems every amusement park nickels and dimes you to death.

This is why I always stay onsite and use Disney Transportation!

I wonder if they raise these prices just to make people think twice about driving (congestion) or staying off property.

Sounds like a good idea to me. It would also help with the bottlenecking and backups at the "toll" booths.

I just found this out today when I went to the Food and Wine Festival, I am a seasonal passholder and now will have to figure out if it is worth it for me to spend the extra for a regular annual pass, since I too stay onsite several times a year I know I wouldn't be paying for parking then, and since I never go in the summer I almost think I will still be farther ahead staying with the seasonal pass. I really think it is getting out of hand with the parking fees everywhere not just Disney.
