What is the most you have paid to see a pro game? My brother went to the Jets vs. Redskins pre season game last night and they had to pay $50 to park at the new Jets stadium! For pre season! A hotel near the stadium was offering parking for $25 and they would shuttle you to the stadium, they laughed at that and thought it was expensive to do that, until they had to scrape together $50 to park at the stadium!

At least at the new City Field where the Mets play, you can still park under the highway along Northern Blvd. We used to go to twenty sporting events a year when I was a kid - Mine have yet to go to any because we have to refinance the house to do so.;)

:scared1::scared1::scared1:

It's between $5-15 here depending on how far away the lot is from the stadium.

At Heinz Field its $30.00. Its the same whether you park near the field or shuttle from across the river.

All the close spaces that are right at the field are reserved by season ticket holders who pay a special price at the beginning of the season and get a pass. So for $30.00 , you are walking a good 15-20 minutes, or like I said being shuttled by a boat across the river.

At the new Cowboys stadium parking is 50-75....and tickets prices are insane, so no way we will be going to a Cowboys game!!

Parking at the Ballpark in Arlington is only $10!!! Go Rangers!!! :cheer2:

Parking near the new Consol Energy Center is 20.00. I used to park at a nearby university parking garage and walk 5 minutes for less than 10.00. No more.

I park near PNC Park in the parking garage for Pirate games. It is 12.00. Do they raise that for Steeler games since they are always sold out?

NFL games seem to be the worst by far for parking costs. In Detroit, the Lions' Ford Field is right next to the Tigers' Comerica Park. Even though they share the same population of private parking structures and lots, the cost to park in any give place is about twice the price for a Lions game than a Tigers game. For Lions games a usually pay $20 and walk quite a ways. For a Tigers game $20 will get you almost next door to the stadium. Last I recall, "next door" parking for the Red Wings was $15.

Philly sports complex is $15-$35.

Depends on what sport(all 4 arenas share the same lots), and how many events are going at the same time.

It could actually be more at times...I try not to attend anything if there are more than 2 things going on at once.

I don't see us going back to the Meadowlands complex for anything in the near future, except maybe the race track. Everything we went for has moved to the Pru Center - the Nets, college bball, now even the Trans-Siberian Orchestra concert. The place is a nightmare to park in anyway. No way would I pay $50 to park! But I guess they have to get their revenue while they can since there are only maybe 8 home games for the Jets per year?

Dodgers stadium is only $15. For parking in LA, that is extremely reasonable.

When we lived in Virginia, parking at Nationals stadium was between $10-$40 and I think FedEx field (Redskins) is up to about $50 i think.

I thought they paid you when you went to a Pirate game because they are so excited that someone is willing to go see the Pirates. :rotfl2:

At Gillette Stadium, parking is $40 in the lots. I don't mind paying that for parking, but I do mind the two hours it takes to get out:sad2: And then, I have another 90 minutes ride home so it makes for very late nights.

I was at the preseason game Thursday night vs. Rams and some of the private lots down the road were getting $50? Never saw that before, usually they are $10 cheaper not more expensive, especially given that there's no problem getting in and out for preseason games.

If tailgating isn't a priority they have a Pats train (purple line) that gets there one hour before the game and leaves exactly 30 minutes after the game ends. That's how I like to do it but most of my friends want the tailgate experience;)

DD and I went to Wicked (which is amazing btw) last night, parked in a ramp that is used for sporting events, the "event" price was $7. We paid $5 because there wasn't a game that night.

We were all set to go to the Miami game this past Friday night, but we put the plans on hold due to the $25 parking fee....we said lets just save the money on gas and parking and hang out here and watch it on TV.....I think it is crazy...there is NO way I would pay $50 to park my car....that is CRAZY!!!

I didn't look at your location and assumed on Broadway, and was going to ask where in NYC you paid $5, for parking:confused3

I had no idea parking at the stadium was that much that is crazy. I feel better now, I bought my husband tix for Redskin/GIant game in Dec from a friend who is a season ticket holder and it came with prepaid parking:goodvibes

at us cellular field for the White Sox parking is sitting at $23, seems to go up $1 each year.

Nope, Minneapolis :)

The parking garages around Yankee Stadium are $30.

Is the Meadowlands parking going to stay at $50? I thought it was supposed to be even more than that. :confused3
