Parking at Value Resort for dining only?

Driving from N.C. to the Everglades and Florida Keys after New Years, so just stopping at Disney overnight this trip. Trying to plan an overnight cheap Disney fix. We found a super great rate at Royal Plaza hotel at DTD and are planning to use their transportation that night to DTD and also to TTC to visit a monorail resort for dinner and to watch Magic Kingdom fireworks.
The next morning, we wanted to eat a cheap Gluten Free breakfast at either Art of Animation or Pop Century food courts as we drive out. I know from experience if you are staying off-site and have ADR's at Disney resorts with table service restaurants you can get a 3 hour parking pass, but was wondering if they will give a limited time parking pass at value resorts so you can eat at their food courts?

Yes, you will be able to drive to any of the value resorts to eat in their restaurants. I doubt that you'll be given a limited time parking pass - there really isn't any reason for them at value resorts.
