Parking at the Hard Rock Hotel

Where and how is the parking lot at the HRH? Would it be better to valet or is there convienent parking available?

You can park in the parking lots in front of HRH, but they always seem full. Valet parking is good, but it costs an extra $10 a day.

Anyone know if HRH gives free (valet???) parking for people with disabilities ( and a handicap permit)
