Parking at POP?

My DD & Grandkiddos are staying off property (vacation home) while my DH & I will be staying at POP Century. DD will be driving down and DH & I are flying down. We will not have a rental car. OK, my question - can DD park her car at POP each morning when we all meet up? Not wanting to do anything un-Disney-like but couldn't I register DD's car as mine when I check into POP? My DH & I WILL be using DD's car at times.
Anyone have any thoughts?

I don't see why not, you're only parking one car so why would they care whose car it is...not like they ask to see the registration or anything.

They pretty much just hand you a card to place on your dash and that's about it.

I agree with the PP. Since you will be using the car occasionally I don't see why you can not register it when you get your room. Have a fantastic trip.

When you check in, they don't ask for your car's registration, they just ask if you have one and give you a parking pass for the windshield.

Since you won't have a car yourself, you can simply give your parking pass to DD and she can leave it at Pop all day if you like.

The parking pass will also get you free parking at the theme parks, so she could simply pick you up and drive you to the parks, which is usually a much quicker option than taking WDW transportation.

you might use the car more than you think we brought ours in Jan and found it much easier than D transp-- got to the parks much quicker-- no hassles

Not a problem at all. My ds drove over to see us while we were at POP in January. He had no problem parking there. If he was going to be coming and going, I would have gotten him a parking permit when I checked in but it was a one time only thing that trip.

The parking question has been covered by PPs, but have you considered that only you and your DH will be able to take advantage of EMH? Since the others are staying off-site, they won't have the necessary WDW resort IDs for EMH. Just a thought for you planning purposes. Have fun!
