Parking at OKW

I'll be checking into a 2 BR at OKW later this week. I'll have a car. On Friday, some friends are joining me. They are listed on my reservation and will have a car also. Will we be able to park 2 cars at our unit?

Also, will I get a parking pass for them at check-in or do I have to wait for them to arrive?

Try to stay away from the 60s building, parking is pretty tight there. Other than that, you shouldn't have any problems with parking. I would get two parking passes when you check-in, and I would try to get their room keys, as well, if they'll let you have them.

Be sure your friends have a copy of your room confirmation, as the guard house won't have them listed as an arrival for that day.

When we have had a couple of cars, we got the parking passes at check in (even though I got in later). No problem having two cars.

put your friends key and parking pass in an envelope (bring one or you can ask MS for one) - then when they arrive at the front desk they would have noted your envelope and get it for them.

be sure to discuss before hand the charging arrangements. all the credit card charges will go on one card. I generally only allow myself to charge things.
