parking at Grand Californian

We are checking in to the Grand Californian tomorrow. Check in at 3. If we get there early, can we park at the hotel and go to the parks or do we have to wait until 3?

You can arrive as early as you want in the day. Worst case, you can check you luggage with the bell hop and they will store your bags till your room is ready and you can go enjoy the day until check in...best case, be super nice and accommodating at the front desk and see if your room is available. I have checked in early before. If they are slow and have the rooms ready, they may let ya in!

Nope when you arrive, you can check in and park and they will give you a room key with no room attached. You can then go into DL and ride away, they will text you your room number when its ready and then you can go get your bags/go relax in your room at that time. Great service IMO!
