Parking at Animal Kingdom

We have an 8:10am PS for Donald's next week and I want to drive to AK since we are a party of 7 with a baby. How is the parking at AK? If we get there early (7:50am) do you think there's a good chance we won't have to take a tram from the parking lot to the main entrance?

Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks!

We were there this past Sunday, we drove to park and parked in regular lot, and walked to park entrance. The parking lot was at least 1/4 full when we got there around 9:00. We did not use the tram because folding up 2 strollers is more work than walking.

I would think that at 7:50am there may not even be any parking attendants there and you will probably be able to park right up front and walk in. Unless it is an EE day.

The parking should be good at that time. We went mid July and got to the park about 45 minutes before official opening time. We had a close spot and just walked over to the entrance.

Even when we arrive around noon the parking isn't bad. None of the lots are to far to walk to the entrance. No matter where we park we always walk because of the stroller.

We had an 8:10 PS two weeks ago and unsure about the breakfast bus situation I decided to drive from ASMo to AK. We left around 7:40 and they weren't even letting cars in until about 8:00 so we had to wait to even park. We were however in one of the first rows so we had a short walk to the park. We made our PS time ok but next time I will just wait for the bus.
