Parking a mobility scooter at campground

Heading down to the fort next week. I think we might have both a rented mobility scooter and a rented golf cart from the campground. We will be in a camper. I know we can park our scooter and golf cart at the campsite but are there any other places to park the mobility scooter? For example could we leave it down by the boat or up by the buses where other golf carts are parked? Just wondering if we could leave it there overnight so my husband could just ride back to the campsite in the golf cart with us once we get off the bus or boat.

I don't know if it's 'allowed', you'd need to call Guest Services at the Fort and I'd assume whoever you rented it from. But I wouldn't leave an ECV parked in an area that's probably pretty unsupervised at night and where it would be so easy to steal. I've heard that they're pretty easy to hotwire and a lot of them use a universal key. I guess if there was a way to 'boot' it?

Chances are no one would question someone moving it and would assume it belonged to them, I know I would. Plus how would it get charged overnight to be ready to go the next day?
