Anyone been in the newly upgraded rooms at the Park Vue? How are they? How is their breakfast? I got a better deal than HOJO for this week (missed the Ent rate by a day :sad2: . So, I decided that we would try PV since it's even closer to the park and I got such a good rate (I ended up saving $53). We are supposed to have a queen bed and bunk beds, micro, fridge, hairdryer, etc.

Oh, and is the continental breakfast decent?

I haven't been but I am wondering what kind of rate you got? I was thinking about staying there. We have reservations at HoJos but for us it's hard walking back and forth for naps and such and I am trying to find a closer hotel with a decent rate.

I got $106 a night.

We are staying at HOJO's at February because we got the Entertainment rate, and you just can't beat that anywhere that I've found, but I'm all about saving a buck or two anywhere I can, so that later in the year we might be able to justify a Resort stay.

I've been staying at the Park Vue Inn 3-4 times a year for the past 7 years. I love the location and so will your feet at the end of the day! The rooms aren't bad and like you said they all include a microwave, small fridge, blow dryer, coffee maker, ironing board and iron. The breakfast is not bad either. They have a much larger variety than the other hotels close by. It includes, hot & cold cereal, toast, muffins, pastries, donuts, apples, bananas and sometimes oranges, waffles, coffee, tea, hot cocoa, apple & orange juice. It's your typical free breakfast but the key word is that it's FREE! Something to hold you over until you can get a good meal at Disneyland.

The staff is always nice and helpful. If you're flying, they'll arrange your cab or shuttle back to the airport and even print your plane ticket 24 hours in advance for you at no additional charge.

For the price, I think it's a great place to stay. It may not be the Hilton but I love the location!!!

Sounds like we will be able to get a good breakfast for the kids with some cereal and fruit and juice and that's about all they eat at home anyway. So, that will be great. We are driving so that is covered. I'm really excited to check it out!
