Ok...so I know there are a million questions on here like this but hopefully you will entertain one more. We currently have reservations for PV in Aug.. My parents have one room and DH, DD, and my bro and I are sharing a three queen suite. We chose this motel last April because of the reviews on various Disney boards and tripadvisor. With my bro going, we need some sort of suite or three bed option. Then the reviews have gotten progressively not so good about certain things at PV. Although BW mini suites are not rated as high as PV on trip advisor, they are almost all positive and the management has responded to most of the comments, which I think shows care on their part. My one thought for not switching is that at PV my bro can have his own room. We all get along just fine and have roomed together before, but I'm thinking it would be nice to have that along with his own tv. We will not need to spend much time at the motel other than sleeping and showering. We are going into either motel situation knowing not to expect that much, when you compare the hotel, situation to the motels on harbor situation. However, if you all think that the quality and experience at the mini suites would far exceed PV, please chime in. Thanks!

I wont be much help, but we have stayed at BWPPI, and had a nice stay. This year we decided to try PVI, but some recent iffy reviews made me nervous, so we decided to change and stay at BWPPI again, since we knew it and liked it. I really think you would be fine either way, but BWPPI is just one long room, so your deciding factor is probably the room type. Good luck with your decision!

We will be there this week! :yay:

You might also look into the Desert Inn and Suites. They have several suite options where your bro could have his own room and TV. The main drawback is that parking is tight, and they charge a parking fee. My experience with PVI was not good, so I can't recommend it. I've never stayed at BWPPI, but have looked into it and we may try it on our next trip.

We stayed at PVI last September, and will be returning this coming September. Sure, they no longer have free water bottles all day, or the Welcome Basket, but who else does? Remember, people nit pick over the tiniest of details. PVI is perfectly fine, has a better pool and has free parking.
