Park visiting on departure day

We always go to SeaWorld on our last day - as we're driving, it feels like we're halfway to the airport that way! Plus we're normally using up our "get a second day free" on our SW tickets, so it's not as though it's costing us anything.

We normally leave the park after a late lunch (2-3pm depending on flight time), which means we normally get to see first Shamu show of the day just before that.

We always go to MK on our last day for a couple of hours and then have a relaxing lunch somewhere before getting the ME :)

We always go to a park on our last day. We check in at DTD and then usually have b'fast at Chef Mickey's and then we go to MK. That's what we'll be doing again this year! :thumbsup2

We've always done a park on the last day, flights are late evening for us, we tend to leave after the parade in the afternoon and still manage to get to the airport in plenty of time, we've usually packed the night before and leave the villa early so have plenty of time at the park, we've done MK both times. :)

We normally check in at DTD and then spend the rest of the time mooching around, shopping and in DisneyQuest. Theres nothing to stop is going to a park, i think its a way to start winding down. Xx

We didnt, but we had leave for the airport at 2. Had a very nice morning though, went for breakfast and just enjoyed the last few hours at the hotel.

In the beginning we didn't do the parks - went to DTD, but like others felt like we were just hanging around waiting for the time to leave, so the last few years we have gone to DHS and Epcot. This year - not sure if it'll be epcot again or if we'll go with the one that has early entry.

We always visit a park on the morning before we fly even if it is just a short visit. One year we just went to Hollywood studios to ride TSM and visit the main shop and that was it, but it was worth it.

We always set ourselves a time to leave and stick to it (despite me trying not to so we miss the flight :rotfl2:)

It is just a nice finish to the holiday for us

Does everyone that goes into the parks on departure day still have a valid park full entry day or is it a case of trying your pass and seeing if it still lets you in? :wave2: Thanks cat

Valid park tix. We always get the 14 day Ultimate ticket, which for the last few visits has been 1/2 price :banana: so the tickets last longer than our stay as we usually only go for 10 days :(

Thanks Isabel we're doing 7 days in a villa exploring the area and then 14 days in Disney. I've heard a few people say that the last day (day 15) their passs have let them back in so just wondering if that's still the case.
Kept meaning to say I love the 2 pictures in your signature- lovely to see your family growing Disney stylepixiedust: :)
