Park tickets & the dining plan

I know when we last booked a package in Aug. you had to have park tickets as part of your package in order to get the dining plan.

We're planning to go in Dec. and would like to do the dining plan again. However, we still have tickets left as we bought non-expiration ones last Aug. Does anyone know - will we have to add at least 1 park day to qualify for the dining plan?

Yes, you will. Unless you're going DVC, you can only get the DP as part of a full package.

You'll either have to buy a one day base ticket or rent points and stay in a DVC resort.
