Park Tickets required for ADRs?

Do I have to have my park tickets purchased before I am allowed to make ADRs?
 
No, but you'll need a Park Pass to get in, and that does require a ticket. If the park fills up before you can get the Park Reservation, you won't be able to get in to use the ADR.
