Park Tickets for one day??????

We are going on a 7 day Eastern DCL cruise 5/13. We are planning on going to WDW when we get off the ship the following Saturday 5/20 because our flight is not until Sunday afternoon. So, we are planning on doing MK. I see that they now offer a 1 day MYW ticket online. What is the savings between purchasing early online or at the gate? Should we bother with a hopper to ride Everest??? Any suggestions?

There is no difference in price on a 1 day ticket when purchasing in advance. If Everest is worth $40 plus tax to you to ride, that's what it will cost you to add PH to the 1 day ticket.

Just wanted to add that if you'll be back at any time, get a ticket with more days and the non-expiration option. It'll cost you more now, but if you'll be back - it will save you money.

A 5 day ticket with hopping and non-expiration will cost $59 per day, instead of the $110 you'd pay for a 1-day park hopping ticket.

Interesting... Never thought to do a longer ticket. Hmmmmm.
