Park Scavenger Hunt

Last summer I saw groups of people participating in what appeared 2 b a scavenger hunt? Anyone have any info on this?

I know that a 2-3 years ago there was a hunt for passholders in the MK and then the next year was AK. I hadn't heard of any other ones recently though.

Maybe you are talking about the Family Magic Tour. This is a group led tour that is a hunt for Captain Hook's hook. The children have a map and clues that they need to follow. Very fun!!

I have also seen business groups on scavenger hunts, sort of like team building exercises. I don't know if Disney puts these together for special groups or the businesses do it themselves. I have only seen these groups in Epcot.

There is a company called Gifts of a Lifetime that arranges really cool ones. That might have been what you saw. They are not WDW affiliated, but they are very well done.

At Epcot there are stations in Future World (I don't know exactly where). You get a card and as you find the various stations the CM's there put ink stamps on the card.

I think they still have a similar program at Animal Kingdom.

It really could have been gifts of a lifetime. It's done at the MK and it's a treasure hunt.

We made a scavenger hunt for our kids in October. They din't know my inlaws were coming. Each clue led to another person. They had a blast! We even made t-shirts to go with it.

There are maps of the parks online and my sil printed the MK one out ahead of time and set the clues up around that.
