Park reservations: What a MESS!!

So, my trip is in late August so I do have time, but.....
My original resort reservation included 2 additional guests, I moved resorts, dropped them from the resort reservation AND dropped them off of ALL the park reservations (I respect my fellow Dis'ers).
Yesterday we added a day to the beginning of our trip, so today I decided to look at park plans and make adjustments. On several of the park reservations those 2 guests are back on!!????? And another guest who is still coming is gone from the reservation!! (I checked with her and she did not make the change). Then, on one of the ones she disappeared from, I decided to cancel that park anyway and book a different park (all parks are green). So I cancelled the remaining 3 of us, went into park reservations and tried to book all four of us and it said that none of us have valid tickets. WTH?!?!?! I have 8 day tix and only have (now) 7 days of reservations. Grrrrrrrrrr

I had this same problem when they opened spots for our week. I called them opened chat but stayed on hold. I was finally able to talk to talk to someone and they were able to fix my reservation.
