Hello all. I made my park reservations some weeks ago and they recently released the park hours for those days. As luck would have it, each day at Magic Kingdom that I reserved is the Halloween party meaning we'd have to be out of the park by 6pm. Should I switch my MK days? I've heard that crowds can be smaller on these days, which is appealing. However, I would really like to see the fireworks. Note we have park hoppers. Any thoughts or advice?

Thank you!

My advice.. Stick to your plan and enjoy much ligther crowds during the day at MK ans purchase MNSSHP tickets for the evening and enjoy the Halloween themes fireworks.

How many days are you going? Will you have >1 MK day? If so you may want to do 1 day on MNSSHP to (hopefully) have lighter crowds. You can do another full day at MK or you could park hop to see fireworks. Also consider there are extra evening qqhours for those at deluxe resorts on set days. I am sure someone else can weigh in with first hand knowledge of how much that may impact crowd levels

We normally book our MK days on party days as the earlier close has many choosing other parks.

Since you have PH tickets you can hop to MK another night to see the fireworks.

While some enjoy MNSSHP, it’s not always financially feasible to add it to your existing plans. I think what you have plus hopping to MK another night will work really well for you!

I'd certainly love to see MNSSHP but that is certainly out of the question. I am bringing 7 of us and am spending way more money than I origianlly planned as this trip was orginally scheduled pre covid.

Good point about the extra hours. I will look into that!

Since fireworks are a priority here is my opinion:

If your DAK day isn’t also a party day I’d personally just plan to hop to MK for enchantment then

If DAK day is a party day then try swapping days
That's a good idea. I've heard that DAK isn't necessarily a full day park anyway.

IIRC fireworks won't be until after the Halloween party is in full swing and day guests leave but there are definitely places on Disney property where you can still see them. Are there any reports on when night time shows are restarting elsewhere? I know DHS used to have fireworks but I don't think those are back yet. I know we're going during MVMCP and have plans to view the fireworks twice. Once during/at the party and once from California Grill at the Contemporary.
