Park reservation mistake

I just realized a booked a park reservation for a wrong person in my party, and now the park is full. (Chose my BIL instead of my nephew.) Will Disney swap out for me? Who do I call to try? Thanks!

If you’re just looking at the park calendar, try booking your nephew anyway. The calendar isn’t always updated real-time, so there may be slots available.

Maybe call Disney if you can stand the wait and tell them you made a mistake. Maybe they can switch it.

Thanks! On hold now...on the chat they told me no, that park reservations are not transferable. I'm hoping for a different answer on the phone.

Yeah try the phone. The CM’s never have the same answers

I once was able to do it the day before at a Guest Services stand in the park! That doesn't help you much now, but if it gets down to the last minute, it's worth a shot!

Thank you all for the advice! As I was on hold, I continued trying to add a park reservation for my nephew, and after numerous times, it finally allowed me to make one for him. I’m so relieved! I am still curious what I would have been told over the phone.
