Bummer about the Tomorrowland Quest. I'm planning on going to the park next week and was looking forward to getting another Teleportation Magic.
Maybe they'll have the "seasonal" Mickey items out by then. One can always hope...
Just wanted to add the Magic Shop is currently our of Magic Mirrors. They think they will be getting more in, but have not heard for certain.
It's been my experience that Cast Members in the stores are the
least likely to know what is going on.
Last October, I was told in the Magic Shop that they were "done" with Magic Mirrors and would not be getting any more. Needless to say, they were there on my next visit a month later (whereupon the CM gave me two for my "trouble".)
Similarly, I was told one morning at Pooh Corner that they were completely out of Red Penny Presses. Later that same day, a different CM threw a handful into my bag, saying that they had been in a drawer by the register the whole time!
And at Little Green Men Store Command, the sign saying that you could get a special VMK reward for buying a pin was still on display. When I asked a CM, they said they'd been out of the cards for months and hadn't bothered to take down the sign!
They really need a "VMK Coordinator" at DL. I'd gladly volunteer my services...
