Park Price Increase but what about resorts?

When do rate increases come out for resorts and dining plan? Is it when the 2014 package prices are released? I thought price increases would be across the board when park ticket prices were released, but I was wrong.

Historically in August. But the trend the last couple years is end of June - early July.

True, but the price changes usually don't take effect until the new year. Resort prices for the rest of the current year usually don't change.
