Park Planning DVDs?

So I've ordered planning packs from WDW, Universal and DCL - none of these came with a DVD! Are these days no more? Or is there any alternative means by which to request planning DVDs?

Sadly, Disney stopped sending out the DVD's a couple of years ago to all but US residents. To the best of my knowledge, there is no way to request them any more, but you can view the planning footage online

What a shame, I loved these! Oh well, will have to dig out the old ones...
