Hi there! I was wondering if WDW (or Disney Store) sold a cd with park music. I know about www.live365.com and i listen to park hopper radio religiously, but id like something to listen to in the car, etc. Please tell me about anything you might have heard about! thanks!

I have the official WDW Resort CD. Mine is a few years old but I know I saw an updated version on my last visit a few months ago. For the most part it was the same as mine. The one I have has Grim Grinning Ghosts, Splash Mountain Medley, Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow, its a small world, (yo ho, yo ho) A Pirate's Life for me, Golden Dreams, and about 14 other songs from the four parks.

Another one of my favorites is the Millenium CD. It has the full Illuminations music and the Tapestry of Nations parade music. They don't sell it in the parks any more. I got mine after the fact via Amazon, so if you search online you may find it.

I bought the "Where Magic Lives--WDW 2003" cd in August. It has select songs from different attractions from all 4 parks. I would LOVE to have the cd B'rer Karen has, Carousel of Progress is my favorite at WDW and "Great, Big, Beautiful Tomorrow" isn't on my cd. :(

You could try calling WDW Merchandising (sorry I dont have the # right here:( ) and they could let you know what is available. One of my favorites is the Animal Kingdom CD. The music is so relaxing, just like walking through the park:D

I have the Magic in the Streets which is all of the music from the parades that are at WDW now, Where the Magic Lives and love it and Millenium Celebration. I have a handful more, but those are my favorites!

Okay- i searched on amazon for "where magic lives" and i dont know if i pulled up the right thing or not. It says its an audio cd, but its listed unter the books category. Could somebody please confirm that this is the right thing? Thanks!

2nd on the AK park music CD - it is a great reminder of AK and we use it for our massage therapy as it is very relaxing

thanks

Check your local Disney Store for CDs. I have also found EPCOT CDs at one of the music stores at the mall.::yes::

FYI to anyone looking for the IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth/Tapestry of nations CD - I bought it in WDW last month. Call WDW merchandise and they should be able to track it down for you. I bought a copy for my uncle who remembered the music and wanted one also.

I have several of those CDs, but they're ancient. Songs from rides and attractions that are no longer in existence, such as the song from the Main Street Electrical Parade. Hey, maybe they'll be worth money some day! ;) Good luck on your search!

This isn't park music, but my ds' favorite cd and the one he goes to sleep with is Mannheim Steamroller Meets the Mouse. If you know anything about Mannheim Steamroller, you'll know the type of music this is. They're all Disney classic songs but reworked and original but very very soothing. Hakuna Matata is totally different than the original, Davey Crockett is very similair but with nature sounds and a drum beat.

I love it in the car when ds is crabby, I put it in and he calms right down.

I'm still looking for the Millenium cd with the Tapestry of Nations music!

WDW Merchandising is 407-363-6200.

I have several park discs, and picked up for several coworkers last week. At work, I've played my "Where Magic Begins" CD so much I had to get one for one of them, and another loves my "Illuminations" disc, so that was a gift for her.

There's also the "Festival of the Lion King" disc, as well as the others mentioned. It was a quest for a new park disc for me, as I've picked up a new one every trip. However, the "Wishes" track hasn't made it to a new CD yet.

Where Magic lives is great, I really like "Impressions de France" and that's on there. A track listed was "Epcot Entrance Music" and I thought it was the great synth music that was played by the fountains, but it isn't :(

Hope you're successful in finding what you want. Most discs hover around the 20 dollar mark.

Check out Ebay. I just bought an older Park music CD and it just arrived today. I haven't listened to it yet but that's on the agenda after dinner.

I love the Festival of the Lion King CD and Mannheim Steamroller Meets the Mouse. My favorite of course is the Millenium CD! I really miss TON.:(
