While there's no excuse for them telling you that they're going to provide a service and then do nothing, why don't you go to the Universal website and print out the brochure? The brochure link is at http://www.universalorlando.com/brochure/brochure.pdf and the Universal map is on page two, IOA on page 5. You can get the versions that they aren't mailing to you when you get to the parks.

I had the exact same thing happen to me!! I emailed and asked for maps - 6 weeks later still did not have them. I emaqiled guest services again and explained that it was second request. They emailed back with apologies and 2 days later I had my maps in the mail! Just email them again. Good luck! My family will be there July 28!:goodvibes

The same thing happened to me. Except I only emailed twice. I gave up, as I figured it wasn't that big of a deal and we would be there within the month at the time anyway.

I believe DAMO set me up with a web site for park maps. I was luckier as mine were delivered about 2 weeks after my request. Thanks Damo

I'm not sure what email you are using but my suggestion is to email guest services: guestservices@universalorlando.com Let them know you would like maps. Or you can call: 407 224-4233 and press option 9 to speak with a guest services co-ordinator.
