Is this a dumb question? We are planning a trip for the week after Thanksgiving. The last time we traveled to Disney we didn't book very far in advance, so having the time to plan is a real luxury. However, I can't quite figure out how people plan ahead when park hours aren't released until the 180 day window. In a perfect world, I would have the park hours well in advance of the 180 day window so I can fantasize about which parks I want to visit on which days, then I can schedule our ADR schedule. How does everyone plan ahead?
When new hours are released, are they usually released a week at a time or a month at a time?
Thanks!
A month at a time.
While NO calendar is (or could be) 100% accurate, the WDW
Travel Agent Calendar
is consistently the earliest-listed and best-maintained (frequently updated) of all of the on-line calendars.
Expect these early-posted hours to be updated by Disney as the actual dates get closer.
(Just keep re-checking this calendar as time goes by.)
The months' dates will automatically update to the newest info
(as in, change from 2014 to 2015 -or- 2015 to 2016 )
as soon as that new month's info becomes available.
That time should be some date between the 9th and 20th of the month
7 months prior to the beginning of the "new" month for which info is being sought.
