Do any of you all park hop 2 or more parks a day-and if so, what are your strategies and and suggestions?

Sure. It's very fun. It's best to have a goal first.
Like, 1 ride, 2 rides, etc, at each park
Typical advice is to start at AK and end at MK, because AK is easiest to do without a FP and MK is open the latest.

There are a couple of blogs out there for folks who tried to ride every ride at Disney.
My cousin just went and did not only all 4 parks but also got in
Festival of Fantasy parade
Star Wars Fireworks
F!
Illuminations
Celebrate the Magic
Wishes
Main St Elec Parade

Suggestion, don't do it. Years ago we decided to do a Grand Tour on our last day and much of the time was spent traveling.

I could see how that would be time consuming and frustrating. Thank you for the feedback!

Thats great! A very strategic tour plan!

We have done it a few times, the first time was a challenge, we did at least two attractions at each park and sent some serious time at each one. Travel times can be minimized by some planning, we started at AK and then went o HS via the bus, from EP via boat and MK via the monorail. Once we did with a car in July (stayed off site), we did a water park too mid day to cool down and beat the heat. The first time we did we did all four, we had tees made at DTD, They said Four Parks, One World, One Day.

It can be challenge to do all four, we rarely just stick to one park each day, we are true hoppers.

We did 3 parks in one day on our last trip in 2013. Having two 2 year olds who needed naps made it easy and actually make sense!

We went to HS for rope drop and did everything we wanted there...I'd guess we were there until 12ish. We left via the back exit towards the hotels and walked to Epcot's International GAteway. On the walk to Epcot the kids slept. I don't really remember what we did at Epcot, but when we were done there we hoped the Monorail to MK.

I know when we realized we'd done 3 parks in one day we thought about going to AK just to have done all 4 but we didn't do it. :)

Wow!
This is what we want to do. Maybe just once. Thanks for telling how to travel between parks! Any ride suggestions?

That's amazing! 2 kids, Oh the envy! It's just my husband and I- but we are trying to get more in this trip for sure!

We did it with 3 parks and easily could have done 4 if we had a later flight.
It was just myself and my husband so easier then a family... good luck!

We would look at the wait times and decide from there, but we had restrictions, at least one had to be a "major attraction"
AK was easy Everest was a 10 minute wait due to our arrival time the safari was a walk on.
EP We did Mission Space and Test Track single rider
DHS We actually got ToT, Aerosmith and I can never resist Star Tours
MK we got in a few ended up lots of time there we hit Buzz, HM, POTC, BTMRR and Splash (except DH he hates Splash)

We also made sure to get group photos in front of all the Icons

My daughter and I did all four parks a couple of years ago - it was lots of fun! We rode at least 3 or 4 rides in each park. We starting with Rope Drop at DHS then on to AK, Epcot next and finished with MK. One thing that I think really helped was driving between parks and not having to wait for buses. Have fun!!

We did it a few times. It didn't seem all that difficult. Didn't do a ton at each park, but for the last few trips, it was a great way to spend the last day. It was easier to drive but the buses and monorail worked for us too. At the end of 11 and 13 days, it wasn't like I felt the need to rush and do all the rides at one park. We spent time shopping and getting souvenirs, took a few rides, ate a few things and just enjoyed a park for a few hours, then moved on to the next.

I've accidently done it, wasn't intending to it just happened. Started out at AK at rope drop, had no plans to do rope drop, I was up it was there I did it. It was an EMH morning. Rode Safari and EE before the park opened for other guest. Dropped in on the birds in flight (or whatever it's called), wandered down the two trails and hopped over to Epcot for some lunch (it was F&W) grabbed something to eat from a couple of booths, walked over to HS. Jumped on ToT then GMR and wandered around the back lot, stopped in the Writer's Stop for some hot tea and a cookie. Walked back over to Epcot, grabbed something from a booth and wandered up front, rode SE, The Land and watched the fish for awhile, hopped on the monorail to MK, rode POC, BTM and climbed on the tree house, watched wishes and the FWs and went back to my resort (YC). All without a single FP or plan, it just happened. I could have fit more in but I really was just sort of ambling around.

We did it this past September. Videos below of the experience. It wasn't as bad as I expected. I felt rushed the first 2 parks but then once I realized we had plenty of time for the last 2 I relaxed and enjoyed it. And we used 100% Disney transportation. We did AK, HS, MK, and EP because we wanted to have some drinks at Epcot at the end. My only advice would be not to do it during really high crowd times.

Fantastic! Thank you!

We did this last summer in this order - DHS-AK-Epcot-MK.

The key was to hitting the last 3 parks a few hours before closing time when the lines are the shortest. We used our FP+ at DHS. Another key was having our own vehicle which saved a lot of time.

We rode 19 rides in total and didn't even start until noon. We also had time for an offsite lunch.

We are strictly using Disney transportation. Looking forward to it.
