Park Hoppers for 6 or 7 days?

Can you buy Park Hoppers for more than 5 days that are not Park Hopper PLUS? Or does Disney ASSUME that if you're going for more than 5 days that you'll HAVE to go to a water park, PI or DQ?

There are no 6- or 7-day passes that I know of that do not include the plus options.

If you're lucky enough to find them, you could purchase 2 3-day PHs or a 3-day + 4-day PH but chances are that they would end up costing you the same as the equivalent PHPs.
