We will be at WDW in May for a 5-night, 6-day stay on property. We really think we will only have time to do the 4 parks, and not really have time to do much else. Is there a 5 day Park Hopper pass (not Park Hopper Plus or Ultimate Park Hopper)?

Am I wrong? We'll be at the Beach Club Resort, the pools there are better than any waterpark around here from what I'm reading.

Yes, there is a plain old 5 day hopper. AAA sometimes sells them and you can get them online at the Disney website and at the gate or guest services or your resort.
As to if you are right or not, that is too subjective for me to answer.

Ooops, I meant 6-day Park Hopper. I assume we'll want to head straight to one of the parks as soon as we arrive, and that we'll want to try to get a little more in on our last day before we have to check out and head for the airport.

SAB is the highest rated resort pool, but it is not better than BB or TL. Also, depending on attendance, it can actually be more "crowded" than the water parks...

I guess it really depends on if you find the extra features of the water park worht the cost.

Nope, no 6 day passes without plusses.

You don't have to go to the water parks to use the plus features. You can always use them at Pleasure Island.
