Park Hopper Ticket Question

Thank you everyone who made me feel welcome here. Thank you for seeing my question as reasonable and not thinking I was dumb.

I have not been to Disney since I was 10 0r 11 and now I am 3 (cough) 6 (cough)

I appreciate all the help everyone has given me.

A HUGE DISNEY HUG TO ALL!!

:grouphug:

Just remember that if you leave the park and want to return, to get your hand stamped or you won't be able to get back in and you would have to use another day from your ticket.

Okey I now confused by this statement here way. I had a 3 day park hopper plus.

I went 2 parks on the July 4th without getting my hand stamp.
The CM told i did not need stamp if Ihad a park hopper plus pass.

Next day I went Epcot and use the 3 day Hopper plus pass.

So what say is that I offical have no days park hopper plus passes except for plus ticket.

Is that right.

Crazelion, I believe you have one day left and one plus.
The one day you went to two parks would only be one use of the hopper for both parks. Then the next day was one more. The only time you would need to get your hand stamped is if you wanted to return to the same park again the same day. I believe this is correct. If not I'm sure someone will correct me.

I *believe* the whole idea behind using the handstamps was to prevent Guest 'A' from visiting a park in the morning and then handing their PH to Guest 'B' to use the same day to visit the same or a different park.

However, in practice, this doesn't always work and in fact, we were actually told by at least one CM that you really don't need to have you hand stamped.

We were told that we did need to have our hands stamped, however they were never checked...not even once.

As far as so-called "stupid" questions...heck, I'm still asking those, LOL. I even admit that sometimes I just don't take the time to search for an answer before asking because it's easier --and more fun-- to just ask!

Didn't all of us have a schoolteacher at one time or another who said "The only stupid question is the one never asked?" or "There's no such thing as a stupid question?" I know I did! :teeth:

The black light for checking hand stamped is placed in such a way that you would probably never notice if you were being checked or not.
