Park Hopper question

I have a friends 4 day park hopper with one day left on it. Can I use his ticket. They say they are non transferable but how do they know.

Technically (according to WDW guidelines) no, but who is to know! Do it.

I had a lady stop me in a hotel once and give me 4 adult and 1 child park hoppers that each had 2 days left on them. I offered her money but she said, "no." They were leaving and did not think they would return to WDW anytime soon. Talk about luck!
