We have a Florida Resident season pass, but my mom is going to go with us for one day in February and 2-3 days in May. She was originally going to buy a regular 4 day park hopper, but if she buys the Park Hopper plus, can the "plus" days be used by someone else? We (the season pass holders) were going to go to one of the water parks in May, and this would actually be cheaper for us to buy that portion of her ticket than to buy the water park passes. But I wasn't sure if her pass would only be able to be used by her or not.

Technically Disney tickets are non-transferable. That being said, it happens all the time and sometimes very innocently. (i.e. my whole extended family sends one person to FP machine, no idea who started with what ticket by the end.)

Enjoy the water parks,
