When you purchase a Park Hopper with PLUS features, how are the plus features kept track of? Are they right on the hopper pass? I know they are good for life, but can a different child use it? Are the park hopper and plus features linked to a certain NAME or is it a CHILD's ticket?

Thanks!

Karen

Still deciding between a Fun in the Sun pass, AP or two 5 day + 4 hoppers for my dd turning 3 before our trip!

Thanks!

Hello!

There is nothing on the pass itself to show you when the plus options are used up. All information is stored electronically, though you can take your pass to any guest services desk to see how many days/options are left on it. There is no way of knowing who should be using which pass, but technically they are non-transferable. My fiance and I switch our tickets all the time--I always hold on to them and just give him whatever I have at the park entrance. When you get an AP or Florida resident pass, you do have to take a finger scan when you insert your pass into the turnstile, so in that sense, everyone must use the same pass all the time. Finger scans are not needed for regular passes. If you want more info on finger scans, here is a link: http://WDWIG.com/fingerscan.htm Hope this helps!

So long as both of you always travel together you probably won't have any problems. But if not you could waste your admissions.

Example: You go to Blizzard Beach but your fiance doesn't. You use one ticket in the morning, leave for lunch, and accidentally use the other ticket to return in the afternoon. You have just consumed two plus options instead of one.

(If you went to BB in the morning and Typhoon Lagoon in the afternoon youwould genuinely need two plus options.)

Yes, we both travel together so we generally wouldn't have a problem just taking whatever ticket, but you do bring up a very good point because if you have a family that does tend to seperate and do their own thing, then you should definetly identify who has what ticket. It's easy to do that with the paper tickets because you can each take a different character and ID them that way.
