park hopper pass question

Hi everyone
I'm a bit confused. If I'm correct I have an unused day on a park pass from 2001. I have held on to it since, so I'm assuming that I'm correct. On the pass itself it says that unused days never expire.
How can I confirm that there actually is a day on there? Do i call the main #

You can't do this over the phone. You have to email in with details to authenticate ownership.
