I am doing some preliminary planning for a June 2017 trip for two-one adult and one child (15). We decided what parks we wanted to do and whether to do a rope drop or stay till close for that park, and came up with:
a night at MK
a morning at Typhoon Lagoon
a night at HS
a morning at Epcot
a night/Dinner at Disney Springs
a morning at MK
a night at AK

we are staying 3 full days and one half day-our flight will arrive around noon. We have been trying to decide what combination of these mornings and nights to do (with a break back at the hotel in the middle) so far I was thinking

Day 1- Flight in the morning and MK at night
Day 2- Typhoon Lagoon in the morning and HS at night
Day 3-Epcot in the morning and DS at night
Day 4- MK in the morning and AK at night

Does any of this seem like it would be too difficult? We would be doing rope drop or a pre-opening breakfast for each park in the morning and heading back to the hotel after lunch, and then visiting the other park in the afternoon from dinner (around 5) till close. We don't plan on doing everything in the parks as we have been to Disney pretty frequently. Please let me know if this seems feasible or if you would do a different park combination set up!

AK typically closes earlier than the other parks, so you might want to try to do that one in the morning (unless, of course, Rivers of Light is finally functioning by then).

Otherwise, looks good -- have fun!

most of AK isn't opened at night even if it's closing later and the night show is happening. depending on what your after, a day trip (or at least getting in near noon) is almost a requirement to see about 60% of the park that closes at night.

the rest seems really nice. I like the half day touring method..

Most of AK isn't open at night? The only things that are closed are the walking trails and rafikis planet watch. All rides are open.

lion king, nemo, bugs life, that bird show in asia whatever it's called. a lot of the stands are closed down. Sarfari isn't worth the time it takes if it's completely dark when you get on it but amazing if you time it well with dusk. I'm not 100% sure but I think the dino dig is closed (but wouldn't matter for this group). you can do everything pretty quick at night though if it's only the rides your really after. the street performers are better at night and a lot more interactive with the crowd though..

I love walking around the place at night but half of the attractions aren't opened if you wanted to see them but yes, the rides are and most of them are better at night in my opinion.

I was hoping that by June there would be a Rivers of Light show and that's why we were planning on going at night. However we did want to do a daytime or a sunset safari and we love the finding nemo show, so maybe a 5 pm safari and then 6 pm nemo before dinner?

Consider:

Day 1- Flight in the morning and DS at night
Day 2- Typhoon Lagoon in the morning and HS at night
Day 3-Epcot in the morning and MK at night
Day 4- MK in the morning and AK at night

OR

Day 1- Flight in the morning and DS at night
Day 2- Typhoon Lagoon in the morning and HS at night
Day 3-Epcot in the morning and AK at night then Epcot at Night if ROL is closed.
Day 4- MK all day.

I think DS is better in morning because of crowds/fp tiers etc. Unless you're okay doing single rider line for rrc then you could just get fp+ for tsmm and tot and whatever else.
