Park closing Taxi's...where?

At the end of a night, when the parks are closing and mobs of people are running for the buses, how can I find a taxi? Are they waiting somewhere or should I have prearranged this?

We never had a problem getting a taxi after the park closed. I usually ask for the business card or number of the taxi company (if it is clean and fair rate) & carry it in my pocket just in case. In 2004, we stayed offsite and used cab service daily because it was more convenient than the hotel shuttle.
