We will be there in early October and would like to rope drop Epcot to hit Remy's up 1st thing in the morning. Ideally it would be great to come in at the Intl Gateway . We plan to Park Hop to Hollywood Studios in the afternoon. Is it feasible to park at Hollywood, and then take either the Skyliner or Friendship Boats to Epcot around 10 am? Or do you think we're better off just parking at Epcot early and walking through the park?

It sounds like you plan on ending your day at DHS so yes, the option to park at DHS then make your way to Epcot to ride Remy would work as long as your park reservation for the day is at Epcot.

You'll want to be aware the the Skyliner to Epcot doesn't start running from CBR until about an hour before Epcot opens so you won't want to arrive at DHS too early as you won't be able to enter DHS until later in the day if your park reservation is for Epcot.

Also, Friendship boat or walking are 2 other options to get from DHS to Epcot

Also, be aware that if you're taking the Skyliner from DHS, you'll have to disembark at CBR and board the Epcot line, and lots of people will be in line at CBR trying to get to Epcot for opening just like you. I'd take the boat to Epcot or walk.

Depends on the time of day. Walking is actually the quickest. Skyliner can be a good option if you are not going at a peak time, but it also sometimes stops. Friendship boats are a good option if going during a busier time because less people tend to use them. AllEars made a video that tested them out.
