Any advice for Memorial Day Monday park? We will access to the evening hours scheduled for memorial Monday at Epcot (9-11pm) but crowds calendars are showing that day as Epcot being one of the more crowded parks. Should we start at another and park hop to Epcot later?
out first park day is Sunday may 29th. Thinking of doing MK (yay or nay) then
Then Monday 30th Epcot either all day or should we hop over to it later due to crowds? If so what best park to do before Epcot on Memorial Day?

Not really advice, but something you will absolutely need to consider. I believe the expectation is that Guardians of the Galaxy should be opening around Memorial Day weekend at EPCOT. If that happens, who knows what it will be like there that weekend. It could be quite nuts. No matter the park lately, it's really been crowded. I would expect that weekend to be no different, and maybe a slight bit worse.

Oh wow!! Didn’t make that connection. When will they release that? And it’s specific to Epcot yikes.

I believe the official take is 'opening summer 2022', but there have been comments associated to at least one Disney exec saying Memorial Day weekend. Of course, that exec removed the Memorial Day part of the quote and replaced it with something more generic!! So it might be a false alarm. I'm sure you can find more info on this site and Google.

We are also at WDW starting that Monday (5/30). My kids are hoping Guardians is open. We plan on hopping to EPCOT for the evening hours and hope to get on REMY. I'm sure the Guardians line will be nuts if it is open. I'm assuming they will put it on ILL or a boarding group. If it's ILL, it may be the only one we pay for as the kids really want to try it. I'm doing my own personal boycott of Genie+ and ILL as much as possible (of course I say that now - who knows once we get there)

We are hoping to do HS. I'm hoping to get there early and ride some of the front rides (ToT and RnRRC and MMRRR). Not sure what we are going to do with Rise. To be fair, we went to WDW last year during the Pandemic with no FP/Genie and it was wonderful. We got Rise BGs on the 2 days we went to HS so if we missed it this trip it wouldn't be terrible.
