Parent/Child exercise DVD?

Can anyone recommend a good parent/child exercise DVD? My dd is a very active 3 year old and I would love to start doing an exercise DVD with her. I need one that is as fun for the parent as it is for the kid. I tried one called Let's Move, but it was for kids and an intro to exercise. Carebears also has one, but it was not good for me.

You might not really break a sweat but yoga kids are GREAT . If you have exercise tv on demand they have a whole bunch of on demand exercise shows for familys. Also , how about just turning up the stereo and dancing with your kids? Hey you can even put a duster in their hand!!
