How necessary is it to make ressies for parasailing during off-peak times?
We are going down January 1-9. We would like to do this, but I don't want to make a ressie and then it be really cold and not want to do it. I was hoping during a slow time there would be an opportunity to just walk up and schedule it....realizing, of course, that it may not be immediately when they can do it.
Any advice?
