Paranoid about losing Fastpasses - please reassure me!

I have made the fastpass+ reservations for our group and got exactly what I wanted, including A&E!

But now one of our party won't be able to come due to medical reasons. She is the second adult in a room and we're keeping the room. The only change I will make to our reservation is to remove one person. I know her Fastpasses will disappear (obviously) but what are the chances that removing her will make the rest of our group's Fastpasses disappear? I'm so nervous about this! We haven't made our final payment yet, if that makes a difference. Should I delete her on our Fastpasses before making the change on the reservation? Would that make a difference? Please share your experiences, I'm so worried about this!

Guests set can up various combinations of MDE settings, guest-connections and reservations.
The multiple glitches in the system don't seem to follow a pattern.
