Parades cancelled?

I talked to MIL in New Orleans earlier. She said all of today's parades were cancelled due to weather although at 1:30 pm the sun was still out. She is living in one side of her granddaughter's double and saw people walk down the parade route and then all leave again. How sad.

Did they jump the gun?

Will Endymion be rescheduled?

DH was thinking of taking DD10 for Bachus tomorrow. How have the crowds been?

Endymion was only postponed, it will roll on Sunday night behind Bacchus. Isis (in Metairie) was postponed also and will roll on Sunday night behind Napoleon. All of today's daytime parades rolled.

The weather was okay earlier, the sun was even out. But it's raining now.

The crowds have been kind of low, but I'm thinking more people will come out for the super krewes.

The weather should be nice tomorrow, cool but clear. I can't wait to see Bacchus and Endymion in one day.

Endymion will happen tomorrow night. Looking forward to it. We attended the other 2 parades today and had a good time. I probably have 25 pounds worth of beads so far.
